RAVIOLI

Must be kept in freezer. Bring salty water to boil, add ravioli and cook for 8 minutes

PAPPARDELLE

Can be kept in fridge for a few days or in freezer for up to 2 months. Bring salty water to boil, add pasta and cook for 5 minutes

Can be kept in fridge for a few days or in freezer for up to 2 months. Bring salty water to boil, add pasta and cook for 4 minutes

FUSILLI

Can be kept in fridge for a few days or in freezer for up to 2 months. Bring salty water to boil, add pasta and cook for 4 minutes.

GLUTEN FREE cooks in 2 minutes

GNOCCHI

Must be kept in freezer. Bring a good quantity of salty water to boil, add gnocchi and stir. After a minute or 2, gnocchi will start floating. Gently remove the floating ones with a strainer spoon. Smaller gnocchi will float before than bigger ones.

LASAGNE di CARNE or VEGETARIAN

Keep lasagna in freezer for up to 2 months for best quality. Before baking, lasagna must be completely thaw out. It can be put in the refrigerator to defrost the night before or even let out on the counter for couple hours right before baking.

When you are ready to cook it, preheat oven at 380, remove foil on top, and bake for 30 minutes. After that, broil for 5 additional minutes
